I was born in Salerno, in 1975. I received the Laurea degree in Information Engineering in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering in 2004, from the Università di Siena.
I am currently Assistant Professor at the Dipartimento di Ingegneria dell'Informazione of the Università di Siena. I am a member of the Systems and Control Group. I am also affiliated to the Center for the Study on Complex Systems.
My research interests include: localization and map building for mobile robots (SLAM), coordination of groups of autonomous agents, mobile haptic interfaces.
